Thank you for completing the Finance Application Request Form on our website, we have now received this and will check to see whether we have the requested item(s) in stock before we send you a personalised finance application which you can complete online.
Please note: The finance application will be sent to you via email from 'OmniPort' which is the online application portal of Omni Capital Retail Finance whom we partner with to offer the interest free finance.
Please allow up to 1 business day for your application to be sent to you.
Once you receive the email from OmniPort, click the link in the email to complete the online application process, you'll need to have your address history, employment, income and bank account details to hand in order to complete the process. The application can be completed on most smartphones, tablets, laptops or desktop computers and should take no longer than 10 - 15 minutes.
For the majority of applications a decision will be made instantly, typically Application Accepted or Application Declined, however in some instances an application will be 'Referred', this usually means Omni Capital need you to send them copies of documents to verify the information you have entered, this is nothing to worry about and usually is resolved within a few minutes of Omni Capital receiving the requested documents.
If your application is declined you are still welcome to purchase the item outright using traditional payment methods.
If your application is accepted please call us on 01302 711477, let us know you have been accepted for finance and that you want to arrange a day to collect your item(s).
When you collect your item you'll need to bring;
1. Valid photo ID (Drivers License or Passport)
2. A recent utility bill with your name on
3. The debit card of the account from which your direct debit has been set-up to pay the deposit
If you need us to hold the item for longer than 1 week, we'll need you to pay the deposit online, to do this email: email@example.com or call 01302 711477 quoting your name and loan ID and we will arrange sending a link to you to securely pay the deposit online via the OmniPort portal.
