Machine Wash: Wash on a gentle cycle in cold or lukewarm water (up to 30°C/86°F) to prevent shrinkage and protect the stretch in the
fabric.

Detergent: Use a mild detergent without bleach, as harsh chemicals can damage the fibers and reduce elasticity over time.

Turn Inside Out: Turning the garment inside out before washing helps prevent fading, pilling, and wear on the outer surface.

Drying: Air-dry by laying the garment flat or hanging it on a drying rack, away from direct sunlight. Avoid tumble drying, as heat can
