Delivery and Returns



Our team aims to dispatch orders on the same working day when placed before 2pm Monday to Friday.

An email will be sent upon dispatching your order. Orders will be sent via courier, and we aim to have them delivered within 2-3 working days of dispatch.

If an order is returned to us because of failed delivery attempts by the courier, to the address stated on the order, Robinsons reserves the right to make an extra charge to the customer for re-delivery of the order. If the customer decides to cancel the order at this time, Robinsons will refund the customer the amount of the goods less any additional costs associated with the return of the goods, due to failed delivery attempts.


Thank you for purchasing from Robinsons. We hope you are happy with your purchase, however, If for any reason you are not perfectly satisfied with your order, you may request a return from us within 14 days of its arrival. You will then have a further 14 days to get your item(s) back to us. Once we have received your unwanted item(s) we will then process your refund. Unless faulty, returned goods must be unused and in a ‘as new’ resaleable condition, in their original packaging with all the manufacturers labels/tags still attached. Once the item(s) has been received the return will be processed, usually within 24 hours and you will receive an email confirmation of this. The refund will be credited using the original payment method.

Card: From processing, please allow 5-7 working days for the refund to appear in your account.

PayPal: PayPal will send an email confirming that the refund has been sent using the original payment method, usually around 5 working days within the return being processed.

Gift Card: An E-Gift Card will be emailed to the email address registered on the account. This will be received in 2-3 working days of the return being processed.

In-Store Returns

If you wish to return your item(s) to our store, you can do so by completing the returns form provided and handing it to a member of staff. Please note that In-Store returns cannot be processed at the till point, they will be passed on to our returns department where they will process the return as normal.

Faulty Item?

If your item arrives and is damaged or has a manufacturing fault, please contact our customer services department on 01302 711477 or for more information on the procedure.


Whilst we are firmly committed to ensuring your order is delivered correctly, Robinsons does not accept any liability for any delivery instructions issued to the courier, by the customer. If you leave instructions requesting an order be delivered to a different address, or for it to be left in a safe place, we cannot accept responsibility if you do not receive your order. Your order is covered by insurance during transit but once the parcel has been delivered/signed for, it is no longer covered under this insurance, and the parcel and its contents become the recipient’s responsibility.

Robinsons does not accept any liability for any incorrect order or delivery where you have made an error in the information that you have provided during your purchase, for example if you provide an incorrect delivery address or order submit an order incorrectly.

To ensure that your order is processed swiftly, please make sure that your billing address matches the one that your payment card is registered to, and that the cardholder’s name is written as it appears on the card. Please also ensure that all contact details are correctly entered as we may need to contact you regarding your order.
